The Easy System is designed to offer a quick diagnosis and present an easy prescription to fit your patient's specific needs and lifestyle. It also serves as an introduction towards custom ordering these orthotics. System I, traditionally podiatric type orthotics, involves a variety from soft to semi-flexible to rigid orthotics. These orthotics can be made from any 2-inch foam impression or from plaster casts. Orthotics can be posted extrinsically or intrinsically according to the prescription. All Easy System I orthotics offer a choice in top covers of either Gray Vinyl or Pillow Top. Pillow top is an elastic nylon top over neoprene rubber that absorbs shock and shearing.

#8 Semi-Flexible All Sports Orthotic
Available: Regular, 3/4", or Full Length, Gray Vinyl, or 1/8" Pillow Top
Use: This is our most ordered, all around, orthotic for sports and foot control problems. It is most used for running, walking, tennis, etc... Also it is most used for controlling heel valgus and varus, Heel Spurs, Fasciitis, Tendonitis, Metatarsalgia, and Bunions.
Structure: The base shell is made out of 4.7mm Polyethylene and is posted intrinsically in the forefoot and extrinsically in the rear foot, it is covered on the bottom with suede, and it has a standard half inch heel cup.

#9 Semi-Rigid Orthotic
Available: Regular, 3/4", or Full Length, Gray Vinyl, or 1/8" Pillow Top
Use: When a patient's athletic activities involve high impact demand and a need for stability for side to side movements. This orthotic offers more control for sports such as Basketball, Racquetball, Tennis, etc...
Structure: The shell, with standard half inch heel cup, is made out of solid white deluxe satin finished polypropylene and is posted intrinsically in the forefoot and extrinsically in the rear foot with a post protector.

#10 Soft Support
Available: 3/4" or Full Length, Gray Vinyl, or 1/8" Pillow Top
Use: Designed for the needs of a patient suffering from Diabetes or Osteo and Rheumatoid Arthritis. It adds cushioning to areas where fat pad has been lost, protects sensitive and insensitive feet, and accommodates lesions.
Structure: The shell is made of Derma-Plast posted intrinsically from forefoot to rear foot and the underneath is covered in suede. Including standard deep heel cups to fit the cast.
3/4" or Full Length, Gray Vinyl, or 1/8" Pillow Top

#11 Wonder Cork Orthotic
Available: 3/4" or Full Length, Gray Vinyl, or 1/8" Pillow Top, Accommodative Cork.
Use: Lightweight orthotic for patients who require protection and relief from lesions and cannot tolerate any rigidity in an orthotic.
Structure: The shell is made of Light Cork posted intrinsically from forefoot to rear foot bearing a neutral shell. Including standard deep heel cups to fit the cast.
3/4" or Full Length, Gray Vinyl, or 1/8" Pillow Top, Accommodative Cork.
Use: Lightweight orthotic for patients who require protection and relief from lesions and cannot tolerate any rigidity in an orthotic.

The Rotator - Automatic "Foam" Casting Machine
Aligns patient's feet for easy casting, and improved accuracy of setting foot in non-weight bearing neutral position. Reduces casting time and allows office staff to easily learn to properly cast in subtalar neutral.
