The main goal of Foot Function Lab begins by casting in a non-weight bearing subtalar neutral position. These orthotics are used to balance the musculoskeletal system, control pronation or supination, support the mid metatarsal section, balance the forefoot, and relieve major foot problems such as Heel Spurs, Tendonitis, Fasciitis, etc...
The Easy System us designed to offer a quick diagnosis and present an easy prescription to fit your patient's specific needs and lifestyle. System II orthotics are guaranteed 100% to be custom made from each individuals impression, nothing comes off the shelf pre-made. Due to precise manufacturing, Velcro® is included with all models to maintain proper fit. These orthotics are manufactured from a FREE 1-inch Cast-A-Foam tray, any other type of cast foam, or from plaster casts. All System II orthotics are made with a unique padded metatarsal bar that can be revised to any degree of forefoot control. Any accommodations will be made at no charge for lesions or other conditions that need relief from pain or pressure.
All Easy System II orthotics offer a choice in top covers of either Deluxe Top or Pillow Top. Deluxe Top is washable urathene with a midrange shock absorbing backing. Pillow Top is an elastic nylon top over 1/16" or 1/8" neoprene rubber that absorbs shock and shearing.

#1 Standard Spinal Orthotic
Available: Regular, 3/4", or Full Length, Deluxe Top Cover
Use: Designed for normal daily use, depending on length, in any dress shoe. Used to align the body from heel to toe and to control pronation or supination.
Structure: Manufactured on a flexible thin leather base, cushioned heel pad, with rubber longitudinal arch support, plastazote special beveled metatarsal bar, and standard tan deluxe top cover. And held in place with supplied Velcro® fasteners.
Note: Use regular length for dress shows, 3/4" length to protect the metatarsal heads when needed, and Full length to protect the toes for sport applications. 3/4" and Full length extensions have 1/8" Springlite padding under top cover to protect and accommodate metatarsals and toe pressure.

#2 Ladies Dress Orthotic SH (Shock Heel)
Available: Regular, 3/4", or Full Length, Deluxe or 1/16" Pillow Top
Use: Held with Velcro® fasteners, in all ladies flats, high heels, sling-backs, sandals, etc. Designed extra narrow to fit the modern contours of ladies dress shoes, is flared out between the 1st and 5th metatarsals for full balance, providing support of the arch, and control pronation or supination of the heel.
Structure: Manufactured on a flexible thin leather base, Deep heel seat of Shock Heel on reinforced base for positive control, with rubber longitudinal arch support, Plastazote special beveled metatarsal bar, and standard deluxe top cover or pillow top. And held in place with supplied Velcro® Fasteners.
Note: A. Regular length is for shoes that fit normally snug leaving no extra room under the metatarsal heads for padding. B. 3/4" Length adds 1/8" of an inch under metatarsal heads requiring shoes to be loose fitting.

#3 Men's Dress Orthotic SH (Shock Heel)
Available: Regular or 3/4" Length, Deluxe or 1/16" Pillow Top
Use: Used in all men's dress shoes, loafers, casual, etc... Designed for the full width contour of men's shoes and is flared out between the 1st and 5th metatarsals for full balance, providing support of the arch, and control pronation or supination of the heel.
Structure: Manufactured on a flexible thin leather base, Deep heel seat of Shock Heel on reinforced base for positive control, with rubber longitudinal arch support, Plastazote special beveled metatarsal bar, and standard deluxe top cover or Pillow Top. And held in place with supplied Velcro® fasteners.

#4 Western Boot Orthotic SH (Shock Heel)
Available: Regular or 3/4" Length. Puff Top Cover
Use: Uses for all western boots. Designed extra narrow between 1st and 5th metatarsal shafts to fit the contour of western boots, it is undercut beneath the arch area, and flared out between 1st and 5th metatarsal heads for full metatarsal control.
Structure: Manufactured on a flexible thin leather base, SH full heel for extra cushioning, with rubber longitudinal arc support, Plastazote special beveled metatarsal bar, and a Microcel Puff top cover for shock absorption and flexibility that won't bottom out. And held in place with supplied Velcro® fasteners.
Note: A. Regular length is for boots that fit normally snug leaving no extra room under the metatarsal heads for padding. B. 3/4" Length adds 1/8" of an inch under metatarsal heads requiring boots to be loose fitting.

#5 All Sports Orthotic
Available: 3/4" or Full Length, 1/8" Blue Pillow Top
Use: For occupational demanding extra cushioning or normal athletic activities. Golfing, Running, Walking, Soccer, Tennis, Skiing, Roller Blading, etc...
Structure: Manufactured on a flexible thin leather base, SH full heel for extra cushioning, with rubber longitudinal arch support, Plastazote special beveled metatarsal bar, and Deluxe or Pillow top over 1/16" Springlite heel padding. And held in place with supplied Velcro® fasteners.
Note: A. 3/4" and full length have extra 1/8" springlite padding added to protect metatarsal heads and toes. B. These orthotics must be used in sport shoes with removable inner soles.

#6 High Stress Sports Orthotics
Available: Full Length only with 1/8" Blue Pillow Top
Use: For high impact sports or when extra shock absorption is needed for the full plantar surface of the foot. Such as Aerobics, Basketball, Tennis, Running, Raquetball, etc...
Structure: Manufactured on a 1/8" Nickel-Plast base for double shock absorption, SH full heel for extra cushioning, with rubber longitudinal arch support, Plastazote special beveled metatarsal bar, and Pillow top cover. And held in place with supplied Velcro® fasteners.
Note: A. These orthotics must be used in sport shoes with removable inner soles.

#7 Cushion Flex Geriatric Orthotic
Available: Full Length Only
Use: Full length orthotic designed for the 50+ age group that cannot tolerate a full control sports model. It's a lightweight long lasting cushioned orthotic with good support a flexibility. Good for walking and light sports activity.
Structure: Manufactured on a 1/8" Microcel Puff base for soft support, 1/8" Microcel Puff base for soft support, 1/8" beveled Puff heel support to correct pronation or supination, hand-made Puff longitudinal arch support, Plastazote special beveled metatarsal bar, and Puff top cover. And held in place with a supplied Velcro® fasteners.
Note: A. These orthotics must be used in sport shoes with removable inner soles.
